Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the rice, garlic and the soups in a baking dish
Stir well and top with chicken
Cover and for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done
Top with Parmesan and serve
Pull it out half way to make sure it's not too dry, if it is add more broth
