yummy take on fish
Heat oven to 400?. Chop and saute garlic in butter and then mix with the cream cheese. Toss bread crumbs, parsley and melted butter. Sprinkle 4 fillets with salt and pepper. Press one side of fish in bread crumbs and place curmb side down on pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on the top of fish and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 14-16 minutes.
