Suggest a better descriptionAdd all ingredients for sauce to pan, cover and bring to a simmer. Tomatoes will start to break down, stir occasionally. Cook gently for a couple of hours, remove lid, increase heat gently and allow to reduce.
When sauce sufficiently reduced start chicken.
Liberally add garlic salt, tossing chicken to coat. Heat pan with olive oil and fry in batches to avoid steaming. Should be just turning golden brown on edges.
I serve with pasta twists.
