Suggest a better description*Mix salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and thyme in a bowl. Coat chicken on both sides.
*Heat a large frying pan and add butter and olive oil. When butter is melted and hot, add chicken and fry until golden and cooked thoroughly.
*Add remaining garlic powder and lime juice to the skillet and sautee until chicken is thoroughly coated on both sides.
*Serve or
*FREEZE: set skillet aside and let cool. Placed cooled chicken and sauce from skillet into a baking dish. Cover with foil tightly and freeze. Thaw the night before serving, and reheat covered dish in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
