Delicious with spanish rice (I'm a huge fan of Knorr's Spanish Rice ... be sure it's the Spanish Rice and not the Mexican Rice)
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 mins.
- Spray non-stick frypan with butter flavored cooking spray, cook chick over medium heat for 6 mins on each side (or until done)
I've also just baked this in the over at 375 and it turns out delish
