Suggest a better descriptionTurn instant pot to Saute (#4). Once the screen reads HOT, add the butter. After the butter in melted, add the onions & saute for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic & saute another 30 seconds. Add the chicken broth, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Stir. Add mushrooms and chicken breasts. Cover & pressure cook for 6 minutes. Natural release for 10 minutes & then vent. Use tongs to put chicken on a platter. Loosely cover with foil. Change Instant Pot setting to Saute (#6). Warm half & Half in microwave for 45 seconds on high. Whisk the flour into the half & half. Whisk the cream mixture into instant pot and stir until thickened (will take about 1 minute). Add the parmesan cheese and the spinach. Mix with Chicken and serve with Fettuccine noodles or linguine noodles.
