Heat oven to 500F.
Mix all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
I usually use up to a cup of cheese for this dish, just because it makes it so delicious!
