Suggest a better descriptionHeat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
Add 1 clove sliced garlic and saute until fragrant (30 seconds)
Add a handful or two of spinach (remember it shrinks) and saute until wilted
Add & scramble 1 egg & 1 egg white.
Season with garlic salt & pepper.
Optional adds: onions (add before garlic and saute until translucent), tomatoes & 1 oz/thumb of cheese are delicious!
