Flavorful grilled zucchini. Nice accompaniment to chicken and pork
Wash zucchini and slice in half lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil and turn to coat. Turn right-side up and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and tarragon (dry tarragon).
Grill on a hot BBQ grill or gas grill for about 5 min each side.
