Can use it as a marinade or a dipping sauce. It's that sweet tasty stuff you've been looking for.
1. Mince the Garlic if it's not already (I tend to keep chopped and minced garlic in my fridge all the time) then add it to your pan with the oil. I use Double Garlic oil, but you can use vegetable oil or any oil you like really. Stir fry the garlic for a few minutes.
2. Mix all but the cornstarch and the 1/4 cup of cold water in the sauce pan and begin heating.
3. Mix cornstarch and cold water in a cup to dissolve then add to sauce in pan.
4. Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
Add water to thin if it's too thick for you.
It's really simple and tastes the BEST. You can even skip the garlic part for just plain teriyaki.
