General Tao’s Chicken
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together and set aside
In large bowl, toss the chicken and corn starch together until all pieces are coated
Heat to medium high
Add couple of tablespoons of oil to griddle, then add chicken. Cook until done
Pour half of sauce mixture over it and toss chicken to coat all pieces. Pour the rest of sauce and the green onions, peas and carrots on the chicken.
Serve on brown rice
