Cabbage, average size head
Sm. onion, cut into rings
3/4 c. sugar
Alternate cabbage, onion rings, and sugar in bowl. Bring 3/4 cup vinegar to a boil; add 1/2 cup Wesson oil, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour over slaw and refrigerate overnight. 3 tsp add apple cider vinegar Red onion Sauerkraut
