Suggest a better descriptionCook potatoes, place in large bowl. Saute bacon, transfer to paper towels, drain some of the grease, then add onion to pan, sauté 2 minutes, whisk in next 6 ingredients, simmer until reduced to 2/3 C, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add potatoes to skillet & toss to coat with dressing. Let stand 3 minutes, then sprinkle w/ chopped bacon & fresh dill, toss, season w/ S&P, serve warm.
