Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine potatoes, egg whites and onions. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, Splenda, pickle relish and black pepper. Add mayonnaise mixture to the potato mixture. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refregerate at least 30 minutes, but best if left overnight. Gently stir again just before serving.
** For macaroni salad: Replace potatoes with 1 box of cooked macaroni.
Yield: 9 cups
