Ginger Beef Salad from Sacbee
Cut beef into 3/4 inch wide strips and marinate in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce for at least one hour. Grill over medium high heat for about 3 minutes per side. Cut into bite sized strips. Mix together remaining teriyaki, sherry, rice vinegar and oil. Add sugar to taste.
Toss all ingredients and serve
I like lots of dressing so usually double the dressing recipe.
