Suggest a better descriptionIn deep 12" skillet, heat canola oil, garlic and ginger on medium for 3 minutes, stirring. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook 4 minutes. In small bowl, whisk miso and water until smooth; add to skillet with spinach. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt, stirring occasionally. Serve with brown rice.
