Add milk, oil, eggs, honey, and vinegar to bread pan fitted with kneading blade. Stir remaining ingredients together, except for yeast, in a separate mixing bowl to incorp[orate, and then add to the bread pan. Add yeast to the bread pan last. Place pan in Bread Maker. Select setting #9 for Gluten Free. Remove kneading blade when the unit makes a series of 6 beepes repeated 3 times in succession. When program is completed, remove bread and transfer to wire rack to cool.
