Begin by preparing the chicken; using your preferred method of cooking, until fully cooked. Place the chicken inside the broth to simmer, add the herbs and the vegetables until softened to desired to texture.
Start to prepare to the noodles while the base is simmering. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then combine the wet ingredients, mixing to completely combined. Flour the countertop, roll the dough out to desired thickness. Cut into strips, flouring before place in bowl and put into the fridge to set.
When the vegetables have reached the softness, add the prepared noodles and cook about 13 to 15 minutes until done. Combine milk and flour, then add to the pot and simmer until desired thickness. Serve immediately.
