We came up with this by taking the best of all the turkey burger recipes we could find. Delicious!
Heat the barbeque to high, then reduce to medium.
Mix all ingredients together in a metal bowl with bare hands.
Role into 2-3 inch balls between your hands. Flatten to create the patties.
Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side. Take one burger out and cut in half to ensure meat is fully cooked.
Heat gluten free buns on the top rack of the grill.
Top with avocado, swiss cheese, and ketchup (or other condiments of your choice).
Serve with Garlic and Ginger Bok Choy.
Don't overcook or you'll lose all the juices.
