This is a simple, delicious steak sauce that is dairy, gluten, and sugar free.
Blend till smooth and adjust ingredients to suit your taste:
for more salty, add more Bragg's
for more sweet, add more dates
for more spicey, add more peppers
for more zest, more tomatoe
for more zing, more vinaigre
Use to marinate steak, but do not leave on more than 15-30 minutes prior to cooking, because the vinaigre is a natural tenderizer and will denature the protein. This helps us digest the protein, and makes it more tender, but if overdone, it becomes mushy. Enjoy!
