Suggest a better description1: Gently blend the goat cheese, egg, half and half, and salt. Don't over blend the cheese will get too soft.
2: Carefully fold the chives and sundried tomatoes into the goat sheese. Overmixing will cause the mixture to turn pink. Fill a pastry bag with filling mixture.
3: Fill the tartlet shells just over the top edge.
4: Bake the tartlets for 10-12 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Top with garnish of choice.
