Suggest a better descriptionIn mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Top with Golden Lemon Topping. Chill 3 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
Golden Lemon Topping: In saucepan, combine 1/3 cup sugar and 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and 1 egg yolk; mix well. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in 1 tbsp. margarine or butter until melted.
