Cook potatoes in skin; peel and coarsely shred. In saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and 1/2 stick butter, stir occasionally until almost melted. Remove from heat, blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Add potatoes, stirring lightly and turn into Pam-sprayed 2 quart casserole. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
