Oven 475. Spray cookie sheet. Mix egg, salt and pepper in one bowl. Goldfish crumbs in another bowl. Dip fish in egg then in crumbs. Press to stick. Put fish on pan. Bake 8 minutes. Turn and bake 7 more minutes.
