Suggest a better descriptionBoil pasta until done, let sit in cool water for 15 minutes while other ingredients are prepared. Melt Cheddar with milk in pan, add Velveeta and allow to melt. Add tomato sauce. Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Add pepper to taste and place in casserole dish. Top with American cheese slices. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
