Suggest a better descriptionMix the ground beef with an egg yolk and a handful of breadcrumbs. Divide it into 4 parts and roll each piece into a ball. Flatten the ball into a patty shape. Use your fingers to form a moat around the edge of each patty. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a small bowl. Use this combination to season each side of the patty. Turn the burner on medium-high. Toast each side of the bun. Let each side of the patty cook for 4-5 minutes or until you see a brown color halfway up. Grill the onions. Fry the egg. Decorate the burger!!
