A classic, hearty favorite
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from oven, let cool and cut into cubes.
3. Steam vegetables until soft.
4. Prepare pie crust in pan according to package directions.
5. Layer cubed chicken and vegetables in several layers in pie pan.
6. Cover with gravy and pie crust top.
7. Cut several slits in pie top and wrap crust edges in aluminum foil to keep from burning.
8. Place a layer of aluminum foil under pie pan in oven to catch drips.
9. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 400F degrees.
