Cook Cup of rice - Optional - Italian sea./ S & P / Onions / garlic powder.
Brown 1/4 lb ground beef - Season to taste
Garlic cloves
Chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper
Italian seasoning
Garlic & Onion powder
In the Crock-pot - Cook on medium for a couple hours
Add the stewed and crushed tomatoes and browned beef
Last half hour add Kidney beans
Add rice just before serving
