1) In Medium metal Bowl, over large bowl of hot water
Beat 5 yokes with 1/2 C. Sugar
2) Remove from hot water and add 2T+ of Grand Marnier
3) Put same bowl over ice and "beat cold"
4) Beat 1 C. cream with 2T sugar
5) Fold whipped cream into egg mixture
