1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and Grand Marnier in the top part of a double boiler and cook over rapidly boiling water, whisking constantly until mixture doubles in bulk and thickens.
2. Remove from heat and whisk for another minute
3. Pour warm over fresh berries.
Can also be served by itself.
