Uses canned salmon for a MUCH tastier version of tuna casserole. Very good!!
Cook and drain macaroni. Saute chopped onion, pepper, and celery in butter. Add soup and seasonings, cheese and milk. Stir often. Add salmon. Add peas and stir gently (don't mash the peas!) Add the drained macaroni and stir. Cook in large, greased casserole dish. top with bread bits and grated cheese. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
