Suggest a better descriptionThis is great to make the night before. Cut crust off of bread slices and butter. Next, cut into 1/2" squares. Cook sausage and drain. Whisk eggs. Combine bread cubes, cheese (saving some for on top of the casserole), sausage, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Place in a 13" x 9" greased casserole pan. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika for color. You can refrigerate until ready to bake in the morning. When ready, bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
