1. Whip until fluffy: both sugars, margarine, corn oil and eggs.
2. Combine the flour, salt, cr of tartar, soda. Add to the creamed mixture and beat together. Add vanilla and combine
3. Refrigerate until well chilled
4. Roll into ball and roll in sugar. Mash with a fork and add sprinkles/decoration.
5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Do not expect the cookies to brown. If they're brown, they're overcooked.
