Best buttermilk pancakes ever!
Sift together all dry ingredients.
Combine egg, buttermilk, and oil and then slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Whisk until all ingredients are mixed and then bake on a hot griddle, flipping when the edges are set.
I recommend adding more buttermilk as sometimes the batter can be too thick and not as good. Make sure you add butter on the griddle before cooking.
