Pan dressing recipe from Grandma
Saute celery and onion in butter
Crumble cornbread in large bowl
add over crumbs:
- Cream of chicken
- Evaporated milk
- Sage
- Eggs
- Pepper
- Poultry seasoning
- Chicken broth
- Crumbled toast
Mix well until bread crumbs are soft
Pour into baking pan
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour
