Scramble eggs, add milk, sugar and mix well. Cover bottom of 9x9 pan with rice. Pour mild, egg, and sugar mixture over rice. Sprinkle top with raisins and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 350 for 40-60 min till custard sets and not runny in center. Bake with a pan of water on lower rack so pudding steams.
