1. Melt 4 tbps butter in pan.
2. Wisk in the flour, Beef bouillon, and all other seasonings.
3. Once combined slowly wisk in 2 1/4 cups Chicken stock.
4. Wisk for 3-4 minutes or until it thickens up. Turn off heat and transfer to serving dish.
