The garlic and the onion and sauté in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Be careful not to burn the garlic; cook the onions until they are translucent. Remove the pan from heat, and place the vegetables in a bowl. While the onions and garlic are cooling down, scramble one day can add the rest of ingredients to the egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the onions as the last step. You may need to mix in more breadcrumbs if you're mix is too wet. The consistency of the make sure said be such that it can form a ball without many cracks. If your mix is too dry, you may need to add a little bit of Greek yogurt. Form the mix into four balls and flatten them before adding them to the pan that you cook the onion and garlic in. Cook the Greek black bean burgers on low to medium heat for seven minutes each side. Remove from heat and serve with Greek yogurt with a little bit of lemon juice.
