Bowtie pasta with feta cheese and shrimp and tomato sauce
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Start water to boil pasta
-Salt and Pepper Shrimp
-In large frying pan, sauté garlic and 1/2 of olive oil
-Cook until garlic is golden
-Add tomatoes
-Cook briefly, 5 mins -> add wine, basil, and oregano
-Simmer on low-heat for 10 mins
-Sauté shrimp briefly in remaining olive oil until color change
-Remove from heat when lose opaque-ness
-Place in baking pan (8" sq. glass pan)
-Sprinkle in feta cheese
-Spoon tomato sauce over feta
-Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins
-Adjust seasoning if needed
-Spoon mixture over pasta al dente
