1. Cook bacon in large pot. Add onion and stir around. Let onion cook with bacon 3 minutes then drain off most of fat.
2. Add green beans and pour in the tomatoes (juice and all). Add salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir around gently to combine. Place the lid on the pot. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
