Suggest a better descriptionPrepare rice and season to taste with garlic salt. Mix chopped chiles thoroughly with sour cream then add rice. Mix well.
Grease a 2-qt casserole. Layer rice and sour cream mixture then cheese strips in that order, finishing with rice on top. 3 layers of rice and 2 layers of cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
