green dressing! Low fat, full of flavour, and really unique and zesty, this recipe is my adaptation of the one by Juice For Life, the veg bar in Toronto that also has a fantastic cookbook pictured here (you can order it from their website.) They seriously make healthy vegan cuisine a delight!
Place all ingredients in a blender and liquify until smooth. Toss with 1 whole head of lettuce, leaves washed and torn, and garnish with slivered almonds or walnuts. Makes about 3/4 cup, enough for 1 large salad.
