Hot, but with just a touch of sweet!
- pre-heat the grill or a grill pan to medium high
- Pre-heat oven to 375(F) degrees
- In a large bowl - whisk together the Frank's sauce, brown sugar, paprika, butter, and pepper
- reserve half the sauce
- dredge the wing pieces in the sauce and grill in batches until each side has dark grill marks
- transfer the wings to a sheet pan
- place in oven and bake until cooked through - approximately 20 minutes
- dredge the wings in the reserved sauce
- transfer to serving platter and serve with dressings and celery
