Guacamole
Onion
Prep:
Make guacamole. Chill covered.
Slice onions. Cover in aluminum foil with olive oil, pinch of salt and drop of honey. Shake.
Slice tomatoes.
Heat grill. 2 burners to 800 and 1 burner to 400.
Onions:
Place on suspended rack. Flip every 3-4 minutes.
Bacon:
Place on suspended rack above burgers so bacon drips onto burgers.
Burgers:
2 minutes, rotate 90 degrees, 2 minutes.
Flip, 2 minutes, rotate 90 degrees, add cheese, 2 minutes.
Buns:
Place on 400 degree side for 2 minutes per side.
