2. Combine the mayo, relish and red pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat until hot and coat with cooking spray. Add the catfish and grill for 4-5 min per side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to serving plates and serve with the reserved tartar sauce.
