2. Slice Onion ?" thick and marinate in olive oil balsamic and mustard
3. Preheated 1 side of grill, rub with oil, grill onion slices till marked
4. Place onions in oven proof pan with reserved marinates, place on grill over unheated grate
5. Grill thighs over high heat till brown
6. Place thighs on top of onions in pan
7. Cover lid of grill and cook until done
