Preheat invention oven to 350.
Spray two 10" tart shells with non stick and arrange on parchment lined sheet pan.
Process brioche in food processor.
Mix with butter and Romano.
Press into shells and bake about 7 minutes until light brown.
Let cool.
Chop the scallions.
Using paddle attachment beat butter until airy (scraping bowl).
Add cheeses and beat another few minutes until soft and airy.
Mix in the scallions, adjust seasoning with salt & pepper.
Spread onto cooled shells and chill 2 hours.
Remove from pans.
Freeze out of pans or serve.
