Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan, bring Mourvèdre, garlic, rosemary and pepper to a boil until liquid reduces to about 1/3, stir in warm brown gravy and apricot preserves and heat to a simmer. Remove from heat, stir in butter. In the meantime, grill or broil lamb chops 6-8 minutes on a side or until done. Place lamb chop on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and drizzle with sauce. Serve with Mourvèdre.
