Place all ingredients in zip-top bag (wash hands). Seal tightly and marinate 30 minutes (or chill overnight).
Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium-high. Place pork chops on grill over direct heat (discard marinade); grill 4–6 minutes on each side until 145°F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Other Preparation Methods
Pan Fry: Place 1/4 cup flour, 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in zip-top bag. Add 1 1/2 lb pork chops and shake to coat. Preheat 2 tablespoons canola oil in large sauté pan on medium. Place pork chops in pan; cook 5–6 minutes on each side until pork is 145°F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season 1 1/2 lb pork chops with 1 teaspoon creole seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; bake 12–14 minutes until pork is 145°F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
