Mix Yogurt, olive oil, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Refrigerate.
Spinach
Toss spinach, olive oil and leeks.
Heat Grill to 400 degrees. Leave grilling basket on grill to heat up. Grill about 8 -9 minutes. Stirring every 3 minutes.
Mixing
Chop the spinach and leeks a little. Mix in sauce.
